Pre-eclampsia or simply anemia in late pregnancy?

Hello everyone I am 39 weeks pregnant and had to sever headaches and dizzyness my feet are very swollen when I told my OB about the vision problems I had, they said that they did not think it was before but then eclampsia again that was when I was about seven months I have now set a different date should I let them know, again? I forgot to mention that, when the glucose test, they found me, so that anemic why I wonder if this could be makes me sick when I even these headaches, it makes me to get sick.
