Pregnancy and chiropractor…?

Hello! I’m 29 weeks tomorrow, and I’ve been having pretty bad back pain(especially at night). I was wondering, have any of you ladies gone to a chiropractor while pregnant, or to an accupunctorist? If so, did it help, and did either one work better for you? I’m just looking for some kind of relief from the pain. (My body pillow, and wedge pillow don’t help much) Thanks. :)

I went to the chiropractor & it helped while she was doing it (felt pretty darn good) but hurt as soon as she was done, even as I was walking to my car! They can’t do the adjustment like they can when you aren’t pregnant so I’d get a massage instead of seeing a chiropractor. That’s what my midwife recommended in the 1st place but I just didn’t listen.

COOLMAX® fabric absorbs and spreads moisture out across the fabric to enhance evaporative drying rate. The fluctuation of hormones during pregnancy can create hot flashes or other temperature changes. It is not uncommon for a pregnant woman to experience hot flashes, either during the daytime or the nighttime. As pregnancy progresses, a woman’s body has to do more work. In addition to processing the baby’s nutrients, the baby himself eventually creates an extra weight for her to carry around.
