As far as I am .. Months wise?

My doctor says I'm 29 weeks pregnant, but as I have read several pregnancy books, they all say different things … What to expect when you expect to say, I'm 7 months and says the pregnancy journal, I'm 8 months? What is it? What is the difference between a lunar month, and what would be the opposite? What is a LMNP? I know I sound retarded, I should have known better, as my second pregnancy, but I seriously do not get it! Thanks
