Instructor Madeleine Lewis provides special exercises that last about ten minutes each for the legs, buns, and abs after a brief warm-up done standing up. All toning work is done using a chair. Squats and leg lifts are also demonstrated. Though the music isn’t very good, the workout is still a very popular one with many women.
